Understanding the Audience

As an Audience Research Assistant, I helped the museum carry out its research on visitors in their efforts to understand and improve the visitor experience. I performed many tasks, including:

• Compiling and analyzed survey data with Survey Monkey
• Completing interviews with visitors 
• Administering visitor surveys 
• Performing timing and tracking of visitors in galleries
• Generating gallery space maps to record visitor observations
• Conducting Visitor Observations
